A futuristic centre for animation, gaming, and visual effects!

The IMAGE (Innovation in animation, Multimedia, Gaming, and Entertainment) Tower is built by Salarpuria Sattva in collaboration with the Telangana government in PPP mode. The Telangana government will put up IMAGE tower at an investment of Rs. 946 crore.

The commercial property is likely to be operational by 2020 and will cater to the Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming & Comics (AVGC) sector. Built along the IT corridor of Hyderabad, HITEC city, the commercial property offers an extensive16,00,000 sq. ft. area. It will be fully equipped with world-class infrastructure and state-of-the-art amenities to support the growing AVGC industry that already supports 30,000 employees in the city. Common facility centres within the tower will have sound and video editing as well as incubation for the AVGC industry. The support services will include a hi-speed telecommunication link as the volume of data transferred will be multifold.

This acclaimed world-class centre of excellence will provide an ideal environment for the AVGC industry with plug and play spaces, state-of-the-art built-up office space at subsidized rates to first generation technocrat entrepreneurs, as well as small and medium enterprises engaged in the sector. The centre will be a key growth engine for tech exports and employment generation. IMAGE Tower is proposed to become the new age Charminar.
